Cleansing maintains the proper pH of the skin, important for optimal hydration. The skin produces sebum that in turn protects it, though, if there is dirt and grime build-up on the surface, the follicles can get blocked, clogging the pores and giving the skin a dull appearance, once this happens, bacteria can penetrate the follicle, causing acne. When the skin is properly cleansed and other products and treatments can be absorbed properly into the skin.
This type of cleanser does exactly what it says in its name, once applied to damp skin, and given a little massage, it foams up and nourishes the surface of the skin. We estimate the delivery period, depending on your location and the delivery method of your preference. Delivery may vary from 2 – 7 business days within the EU to 21 business days, internationally. Once your order has been shipped under the EXPRESS delivery method, you will receive a tracking number via email from the shipping company.

Please be aware that all international orders, regardless of shipping method, may be subject to additional duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. OUR RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Your 100% satisfaction is important to us and we really hope you love your Washabush item. However, if you do need to make a return you are welcome to do so within 30 days of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused, and in their original condition. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We only accept returns or exchanges on non-sale items purchased at washabrush.com. Please note that products sold on special launches, promotional periods, and /or singular days are not refundable. As soon as we receive your products, we will check their condition and contact you to proceed with the refund. Washabrush will refund you the full amount of the products received, excluding the shipping costs of the original order. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Send us an email to cs@washabrush.com with the details of your order and we will tell you how to proceed.
Once we receive your return, please allow 2-4 working days for your return to be processed and then up to 5-7 working days for your bank to post the refund to your account. You will receive an email when our team has processed your refund.
If your Washabrush package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the item(s), please email our Customer Service team at cs@washabrush.com so we can investigate further. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
If you are returning from outside of Europe or internationally you will need to cover the cost of return shipping.
